Ruth Ciemnoczolowski loves needles -- sewing needles, knitting needles, beading needles -- anything with a pointed end that had to do with fiber arts. She learned to sew at age 4, and today she makes costumes for children's theater and advertising agencies, among other clients, and sews masterful wedding gowns. When she's not instructing people on the pronunciation of her last name (Sim-in-oh-sal-ow-ski) in her hometown of Omaha, Nebraska, you'll always find her with some kind of needle in her hand.
I was just on HGTV this month -- Wednesday, October 12th.
